Norfolk Mayor Kristal Chopp introduced herself to the community last year as a frustrated brewer who couldn’t develop her property because of demands from Norfolk County’s planning and building division she deemed unreasonable.Since Chopp was elected last fall, some have criticized the mural that was painted on her building in Port Dover as disrespectful to the county and the office she holds.Friday, a painter was on site removing the message that launched Chopp into local politics.
