Those who have registered will find out if their name has been drawn at a buyer event on June 14. This third stage will include 78 lots starting from $300,000 with blocks ranging from 600sq m to 1700sq m. It is within walking distance of Epiq’s new sporting fields, which will include an AFL ground, two rugby fields, two soccer fields and two cricket pitches. The ballot for stage three will be drawn by Elder Real Estate’s Michael King, who said he expects a repeat performance of stage two. “We have already had registrations for stage three from people who missed out on the ballot draw for stage two,” Mr King said.“I’m expecting even more competition for land in stage three because development at Epiq is more advanced and people can see the community starting to take shape,” he said.
