Derrick Rose tweaked his right knee during Friday night’s 98-95 loss to the Portland Trailblazers in Portland. The Chicago Bulls star, who sat out last season following surgery on his left knee, drove to the basket anticipating a pass from teammate Joakim Noah, which was picked off. On his way back on defense, Rose’s right knee buckled. He limped off the court and did return to the game.He appeared in pain as he limped to the sideline and was checked by team trainers on the bench for several minutes before being assisted to the locker room.Bulls head coach Tom Thibodeau said he was concerned about Rose’s health and said he would undergo an MRI on Saturday.“He has pain and it felt like he couldn’t push off his right knee,” said Thibodeau, who balked at speculating any further on the extent of the injury.Rose led the Bulls with 20 points, five rebounds and three assists before leaving the game late in the third quarter.
